Tour Guides
Tour guides play an important role in the successful presentation of a destination. These professionals offer not only information, but enhance the image of a destination as well as the way a visitor experiences a location or attraction. As a key element in the quality experience and way a customer understands and engages in activities during their stay, tourist guiding has to follow high quality standards. PRTC is the standard–setting agency designated by the Government of Puerto Rico, to supervise certification and education of tour guides on the Island.
